WORD's Own Jack Kearns Honored

Paterson: On Saturday, June 9th Men Make A Difference (M²AD) conducted its 10th Annual M²AD Community Service Recognition Brunch at the historic premier landmark facility "The Brownstone" in Paterson, New Jersey.

The 10 Men who were Celebrated have distinguished themselves as Fathers, Surrogate Fathers and/or Mentors through their Families, in their Communities, and their own lives. They have remained steadfast, impactful and humbly committed to being Priests, Providers and Protectors for such a time as this. They also dispel the perception that men are only interested in money, women, fancy homes, fine clothes, luxury cars and sports. Each of them realizes that the stewardship of Family ~ Community ~ Personal Development is a serious matter and also understand that it is not a right; it is a privilege that has been granted by the favor of God.

Congratulations once again to some of the finest Men in the great State of New Jersey for their selfless service to our state and country.

The Man of the Year Award is presented to a Man who has distinguished himself as a Father, Surrogate Father or Mentor in an extraordinary manner and also epitomizes what "facta non verba" (deeds not words) really means. It is the highest accolade bestowed on Men from M²AD.
