OCEANPORT: It's not easy to run a successful business for 20 years, but Ann Marie Preston LE, CPE, owner of AMP Electrolysis, has been able to accomplish just that.
AMP Electrolysis is celebrating its 20th year at the Oceanport Village Plaza, located at 265 East Main St.
"I'm grateful for the support of my loyal clients and the community of Oceanport for their support," Preston said. "Oceanport is a great place to live and work and I'm happy to be a resident and business owner in the borough for two decades."
Electrolysis is a method of removing individual hairs from the face or body.
Oceanport Mayor Michael Mahon recently joined Councilman Joe Irace , Councilwoman Ellyn Kahle and Councilman Chris Paglia to celebrate AMP's anniversary. To mark the 20th anniversary, the AMP office has undergone a complete makeover, with improvements that include an inviting and comfortable waiting area.
Preston said her methods will help keep her customers satisfied.
"Electrolysis is the only true permanent hair removal method and the only permanent treatment recognized by the FDA," Preston said. "It is safe and effective for all types of hair and all skin types."
