Monmouth Beach: It was the 2nd annual En Plein Air Experience in Monmouth Beach. The Monmouth Beach Cultural Center was the setting on Saturday evening for the opening of the show. Co-Chairs of the event Pat Cahill and Jeanne Boehles were thrilled with the turnout of artists and friends. Resources Real Estate in Monmouth Beach was a generous sponsor of the event. The En Plein Air Experience features art work of local images in and around Monmouth Beach.
The show will run through June 30th, the Center is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am until 2pm. The Monmouth Beach Cultural Center is located at 128 Ocean Avenue in Monmouth Beach. On Friday, the 29th of June, there will be a Tea held from 4-6pm to celebrate the end of the show. Tickets for the tea will be $15.00 per person.
Plan to participate in the next show, there are no size restrictions, just make sure that the image is from Monmouth Beach in the winter. Organizations from Monmouth Beach will decorate trees to make the MBCC festive for the month of December. Make sure to mark your calendar now! The Police, First Aid, Monmouth Beach School and the MB Beautification Committee will be there. Why not you?
