Displaced Homemakers Services Info Session

|Description: Are you facing loss of income due to divorce, death, separation from or disability of a spouse or long-term live-in partner? Do you suddenly need to become the head of your household? Displaced Homemakers Services at Brookdale Community College offers free, confidential, customized help to enable you to reach your full potential. Our mission is to assist displaced homemakers achieve their goals of emotional and financial self-sufficiency. We help women become empowered to make their own decisions, and upgrade and/or obtain skills to support themselves and their families. A representative will be at the library to explain what help is available, including computer training, peer support groups, personal coaching and community referrals to assist with various needs.
