Long Branch Police Department To Welcome 7 New Officers

LONG BRANCH: The city will officially welcome seven new police officers to its police department this month.
A ceremony will be held on Oct. 19 at 3 p.m. at Long Branch City Hall to swear in the seven new officers and celebrate the promotion of two others.
The seven new officers were hired earlier this year, but the ceremony will give their friends, family and community a chance to officially celebrate their appointments to the Long Branch Police Department.
The new officers are Daniel Gould, Joseph Corcoran, Mark Yutko, William Davies IV, Charles Conover, Francis Sheldrick and Kevin Romano.
Sgt. Stanley Moonyey will be promoted to lieutenant and Corporal Juan E. Vasquez will be promoted to sergeant.
